Its not Pakistan Railway or public relation its page rank wow...i got 2 page rank after a long time.I struggle hard to get, i just got this news and i checked it....don't know what to say its a happy day to me...basic thing in page rank is to you write your own words and your keywords are as much strong that they will search into google and back links also play its role to increasing page rank.
